Pseudospace Land Tool

The Pseudospace Land Tool is a region module for use with the OpenSimulator? project which is meant to bypass the in-world currency based land transfer tools.  In short it provides administrators with a series of xmlrpc hookups that allow the module to register each server instance's regions and land plots with an external php / mysql based land registry.  In addition several xmlrpc methods have been added into the region server which allow one to fetch an individual plot's data, transfer land plots between users, and update an individual plot's land parameters.  This is in essence a tool kit which allows region and/or grid administrators to create their own land management / transfer system. 

BE WARNED, this module communicates in clear text over http while exposing some _dangerous methods_ such as land ownership and land settings!  It is not meant to be used on a public network or over the internet, but instead in use cases where a private network exists between the region servers and the web server where the php scripts reside.  There are several safeguard options inside the module's configuration files which are meant to stop outsiders from gaining access. These include the ability to declair a single allowed host (the web server that will send xmlrpc calls to the region) as well a series of registration and access keys.
