[#19] After leaving a region the region continues to send LLUDP Packets and does not time out

Summary After leaving a region the region continues to send LLUDP Packets and does not time out
Details For the last 4 days I have been seeing continuous streams of LLUDP Packets from OGP regions even though I am disconnected. I have managed to terminate the packets from one region by teleporting into that region and then quitting the client. There are 2 other regions still sending packets and I cannot teleport to them. Attached is a screen capture from wireshark with using a secondlife dissector.
