Summary rexclient.RexFlyDisabled property is ignored
Details As with previous bug, the sample python script sammpleavatarmovemods.py can toggle the state of the rexclient.RexFlyDisabled property, but there is no code in modrex which references the property directy or via its getter SPGetFlyDisabled.
