* Added Generic message handler to WorldInventory module
* Changed logger module to log with log4net
* Added required assembly references by the GenericMessage handler

Server can now receive world inventory inquiry (wi_req) generic message and respond to it with -1 if not in use and with port number if in use.

Change the prebuild.xml to only copy .py files from ScriptEngines because copying some .svn files were doing some harm. Note, lib folder contains also some other files than .py. Those might also needed to copy.

* Added WebDAVSharp project to prebuild.xml. This project is in svn-externals in directory lib
* Added missing references to WorldInventory project in prebuild.xml
* Renamed WorldInventory class to WorldInventoryModule
* Added new class WorldInventoryServer. This is the class that does all the work when making WebDAV requests to WorldInventory
* Added HttpServer.dll that is referenced by WebDAVSharp. Note: this build may not work for others since it is build with Win64.

* Moved directories PythonScript and Lib from RexParts/RexPython/Resources/ to ScriptEngines/
* Added a line to prebuild.xml so PythonScript and Lib directories are copied to bin/ScriptEngines/ on build if they are newer.
* Removed old readme.txt from RexParts/RexPython/Resources

* Moved modrex.ini to addon-modules/ModreX/config/modrex.ini
* Added a line to prebuild.xml so that addon-modules/ModreX/config/modrex.ini is copied to bin/addon-modules/ModreX/config/modrex.ini on build if the files is newer than existing one. After this there is no need to separetly copy-paste configurations to OpenSim.ini. When modifying configurations, modify values in in/addon-modules/ModreX/config/modrex.ini.
TODO: Document this change!

New prebuild.xml file that can be used with OpenSim's addon-modules folder. From now on, check out ModreX svn trunk to: opensim/addon-modules/ModreX/
