- registerinterfaces wasn't called for rexbots (so their appearances didn't work)
- fixed bug when avatar entered world with custom appearance it wasn't updated to other clients (suspecting that mcv_OnRexAppearance happens too early or something)

A bit of cleanup:
* Moved ModrexAppearance, ModrexFacialExpression and SitModule to RexParts/Modules.
* Removed outdated readme file
* Removed ModrexSuperobjects stub
