Fixed to build with newest OpenSim revision. This includes:
*Modified NHibernateRexObjectData namespace to correct one.
*Added reference to OpenSim.Framework.Servers.HttpServer.dll.
*Updated GenericNpcCharacter to newest IClientAPI.

* Fixed the prebuild to include MySQL migration files as embedded resource.
* Added Caps Upload module which overrides Caps upload method and check for rex type objects. This fixes issue [#172]
