* Added Get handler to WorldInventory
* Added new configuration, WorldInventoryGetFolderContent. This option determines if the folder content can be fetched with get method (web browser).

Merged modrex-0.1.1-rc branch revision 245 to trunk.

This includes:
* Added MonoSqliteDriver so Linux users can also use SQLite as storage
* Added example configuration of MonoSqliteDriver usage to modrex.ini
* Modified RexLoginModule to be non-shared module so it will be loaded later that LLLoginModule and thus can override login_to_simulator method

* Moved modrex.ini to addon-modules/ModreX/config/modrex.ini
* Added a line to prebuild.xml so that addon-modules/ModreX/config/modrex.ini is copied to bin/addon-modules/ModreX/config/modrex.ini on build if the files is newer than existing one. After this there is no need to separetly copy-paste configurations to OpenSim.ini. When modifying configurations, modify values in in/addon-modules/ModreX/config/modrex.ini.
