Applied two earlier tuco's fixes to branch:
- registerinterfaces wasn't called for rexbots (so their appearances didn't work)
- fixed bug when avatar entered world with custom appearance it wasn't updated to other clients (suspecting that mcv_OnRexAppearance happens too early or something)
- python's rexPlayMeshAnimation changed to have the same number of params as before. Added comment to samplemeshanim about what it tests.

Branched current trunk to os-0.6.5-rc1. This will still need some work to work with opensims 0.6.5-rc1 branch.
