Applied two earlier tuco's fixes to branch:
- registerinterfaces wasn't called for rexbots (so their appearances didn't work)
- fixed bug when avatar entered world with custom appearance it wasn't updated to other clients (suspecting that mcv_OnRexAppearance happens too early or something)
- python's rexPlayMeshAnimation changed to have the same number of params as before. Added comment to samplemeshanim about what it tests.

Removed RexWalkDisabled and RexFlyDisabled from IRexClientCore and all references to them.
Modified Python script engine to use ScenePresence.ForceFly and ScenePresence.FlyDisabled instead.
This fixes bugs [#143] and [#144].
