Log Message:	* Added WebDAVSharp project to prebuild.xml. This project is in svn-externals in directory lib * Added missing references to WorldInventory project in prebuild.xml * Renamed WorldInventory class to WorldInventoryModule * Added new class WorldInventoryServer. This is the class that does all the work when making WebDAV requests to WorldInventory * Added HttpServer.dll that is referenced by WebDAVSharp. Note: this build may not work for others since it is build with Win64.
