FlexCP: Now with automated db upgrades.

2009-01-22Those of you grinding your teeth over having to manually update the database schemas should be a little happier today, as r13 adds a new updater to FlexCP's arsenal. To access it, simply visit /upgrade/ on your installation with your web browser, and it will fix things if necessary.
