* Moved authentication checks from the backend to the frontend. This allows insecure frontends such as the OpenSim connectors, or partial information to be displayed such as the BrowseFrontend
* Fixed HTTP connection handling in OpenSimInventoryFrontend
* Continued work on GridServer, attempting to unify the interface architecture of AssetServer and GridServer

Replaced UserServer project with GridServer
* Broke inventory classes in AssetServer out into a separate source file
* Updated HttpServer.dll to a new version that supports IHttpRequest.RemoteEndPoint
