* Moved authentication checks from the backend to the frontend. This allows insecure frontends such as the OpenSim connectors, or partial information to be displayed such as the BrowseFrontend
* Fixed HTTP connection handling in OpenSimInventoryFrontend
* Continued work on GridServer, attempting to unify the interface architecture of AssetServer and GridServer

* Changed the inventory interface so an owner parameter is required for creating new inventory assets
* Removed the URI to UUID legacy mapping, an OpenSim-specific way of constructing owner URIs is used instead
* Fixed a bug in TextureRedirector prebuild config

* Switched over from HttpListener to HttpServer.dll (better SSL support)
* Switched to a more recent Prebuild.exe (might make things work smoother for NAnt)
* Added debug logging to the null metrics provider

* Removed all JPEG2000 special handling, it can be added back in later when there is a good interface for content handling extensions
* Updated to a patched version of Prebuild.exe that lets NAnt compile everything into one directory
* Added System.ServiceProcess references to prebuild.xml in preparation for converting to a service

* Switched over to Prebuild, removed all project and solution files
* Shuffled things around to put AssetServer in its own folder
* Updated to the latest OpenMetaverseTypes.dll which now includes DoubleDictionary, ExpiringCache, and BlockingQueue
