* Moved authentication checks from the backend to the frontend. This allows insecure frontends such as the OpenSim connectors, or partial information to be displayed such as the BrowseFrontend
* Fixed HTTP connection handling in OpenSimInventoryFrontend
* Continued work on GridServer, attempting to unify the interface architecture of AssetServer and GridServer

* Legacy URI to UUID mapping (for dealing with OpenSim frontend and OpenSim MySQL backend) is now serialized to disk
