Log Message:	* Added AssetClient.ini that defines the extensions to load and the order in which they start * Completed OpenSimInterface, asset server can now act as a drop-in replacement for OpenSim.Grid.AssetServer.exe * Updated to latest OpenMetaverse and ExtensionLoader
